Escape to the bustling streets of Chinatown to learn the ancient art of making authentic Chinese dumplings! You will have the unique opportunity to learn this craft from an expert, appreciating the joy of Asian cooking and the ease of making your own restaurant quality dumplings at home!
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
In this hands-on and interactive two hour cooking class, our expert Chef Instructor shares their wisdom to perfecting authentic Chinese Dumplings. You will be guided through a detailed demonstration, before you will then be guided step-by-step through refining your knife skills, making dumpling fillings and learning the art of folding your dumpling wrappers into various traditional shapes. You will be making a traditional Pork and Prawn Chinese dumpling, which may also be modified into a vegetarian version. You will also learn how to make a Black Spiced Vinegar dipping sauce. Once you have created your masterpieces, you will then plate and devour your creations with your new found foodie friends!
