Don, otherwise known as ‘The Singing Chef’, is renowned in his home country of Sri Lankan and around the world for his vibrant and unique style of presentation and dynamic culinary skills! Don has a wealth of over 33 years experience as a Chef, TV Personality and Restaurant Owner, and has travelled the world performing in food events, demonstrations and shows.

Don’s main stream television cooking show “Cook with Don” brought joy to households in Sri Lanka for 10 years! He has been a brand ambassador for many international brands including Philips, Kenwood and Panasonic. Don’s entertainment background has also seen him as a host, MC and singer too, speaking in English, Sinhala and Hindi! He also writes and performs his own music, which features on his popular YouTube channel.

Don is passionate about creating a fusion of Eastern and Western flavours, with his innovations inspiring some famous Youtube cooking songs! Don currently works in an RTO- Registered Training Organization as a Certificate 3 Trainer.
