This experience will be hosted by our resident Mixologist James Califano and your host Penny who will guide you through your Mixology adventure! This experience is in proud collaboration with The Australian Distilling Co.

House Keeping

We ask that you arrive at your event 15 minutes earlier so that you can settle in, meet your fellow foodies and so that we can get started promptly.

Given the amount of alcohol that will be consumed at this event, we strongly suggest that you do not drive but instead take an alternate method of transport:

The venue is an 8 minute walk from Flinders Street Station
Take the 11, 12, 48 or 109 trams directly to the venue
