Get ready to be transported to the dazzling coastlines of Sorrento as we show you how to cook one of Naples most classic pasta dishes, from scratch!


1.5hrs | 10 - 30 Guests | $35 per person

Channel your inner Nonna and get your hands messy as we teach you a classic Italian dish renowned for its pillow-soft baked potato gnocchi, luscious tomato sauce and oozing mozzarella cheese - the amazing Gnocchi Alla Sorrentina.


WHAT YOU’LL DO:
In this fun and hands-on class, our experienced Italian Chef will take you through a detailed demonstration before you will be guided step-by-step in making the fluffiest, softest potato gnocchi. You'll then learn how to make a luscious tomato sugo sauce, which will coat your gnocchi and turn into a delightful baked molten lava masterpiece in your oven! By the end of this class, you will have gained the confidence to throw out those packet pastas and sauces and try mastering your own at home, whilst also adding a new and impressive go-to Italian recipe to your repertoire.

WHO WILL HOST THIS EVENT:

This experience is hosted by Chef Instructor James, who is an Italian Cook, Bartender, Photographer and Videographer. After completing his Masters Degree in Law in Italy, James decided to completely change the course of his life and move down under in pursuit of a new adventure. Having worked with the likes of David Jones Food Hall and Dan Murphy's, James has a great passion and vast knowledge for everything alcohol, with a passion for cocktails and wines. He loves to shed light on the story behind the beverage whilst sharing the art of bartending and all of the experiences that have shaped him.
