In this enlightening and educational virtual experience, learn how to mix up a storm as we teach you the basics of Mixology 101. You will be given an insight into the world of bartending as our resident Mixologist guides you through how to stock a basic bar comprising of six basic spirits - Vodka, Gin, Rum, Tequila, Brandy and Whiskey. You will then be taught how to mix up the classic cocktails from each spirit, including The Negroni, The Mojito, The Margarita, The Side Car, The Old Fashioned and The Espresso Martini. You will also learn some enlightening fun facts behind the history of the cocktails, tips and tricks from world of bartending and how to fashion some funky garnishes along the way.

Whether you’re a Vodka, Gin or Whiskey appreciator, we create a unique experience all about your favourite spirit. You will learn about different varieties and the regions in which they come from, whilst learning some fun facts and the history behind the spirit. Our resident Mixologist will then teach you how to mix up several classic cocktails based on your chosen spirit. Wine Tasting & Cheese Pairing
Let us transport you to a virtual winery as our resident Wine Expert takes you on an enlightening and educational Wine Tasting journey! Whether you are an early appreciator of wine or a seasoned wine connoisseur, we guarantee you will consume some new facts and tasting tips! Our Wine Expert will guide you through how to taste wine, smell wine, look at wine and of course, appreciate drinking wine. Choose to taste from three to six wines, including sparkling, white, red and dessert wines. As we taste our way through the wines, we will explore what wine is and those important factors that affect its overall taste; including grape varieties, the geography and climate of a vineyard and the decisions made by a winery during the winemaking process. We will also explore how these wines make us feel on a personal level - do some excite the palate more than others? We will recommend what wines to purchase, however you are more than welcome to taste whatever you prefer. We will also suggest what cheeses and other snacks pair best with your wines, should you choose to take your tasting to the next level!
