Let us transport you to Italy for the afternoon to learn the secrets behind 113 Eatery’s Gluten Free Gnocchi! Hosted by Italian Chef and fellow Gluten intolerant food lover Edoardo Nicita, we will celebrate making traditional recipes accessible and accomodating for everyone to enjoy!

What You Will Learn

In this fun and hands-on class, Head Chef Edoardo will provide a detailed demonstration before guiding you step by step how to make their deliciously famous gluten free gnocchi dough. You will then learn how to shape your gnocchi before Chef Edo will demonstrate how to cook your gnocchi to perfection. Chef Edo will also enlighten you on how to make two gorgeous and traditional gnocchi sauces; a delicious tomato based sorrentina sauce, and a bright green pesto sauce.

We will end the experience with a shared sit down lunch, devouring our handmade gnocchi paired with the two different sauces. By the end of this class, you will have gained the confidence and knowledge to create your own gnocchi from scratch, whilst also meeting some new found food loving friends!
