Calling all Prosecco lovers! Learn how to use your favourite sparkling to mix up two fabulous cocktails and add a bubbly twist to an Italian classic dish.

Working from home? Looking for a fun way to mix up your mid-week meal or get your weekend started? Looking for a fun way to celebrate an Iso-Birthday? Add a pop of excitement to your day by popping open your favourite Prosecco and learning how to do more than just drink it!


WHAT YOU’LL DO:
In this fun and hands-on class, our experienced Italian Chef will begin by providing you with a background of Prosecco, before teaching you how to make two classic Prosecco-based Italian cocktails; The Aperol Spritz and the Bellini. You will then be taken you through a detailed demonstration before you are guided step-by-step in making a Northern Italian staple, risotto! Risotto has a notorious reputation for being fussy, as it requires a lot of attention and stirring. However, with a little patience, confidence and the base technique under your belt, you will be able to add this recipe to your cooking repertoire in no time. We'll then add a deliciously modern twist to this age-old classic by adding a splash of Prosecco! By the end of this class, you'll have gained the confidence to try cooking your own risotto at home, as well as learning where to source the freshest seasonal and local ingredients. Pop the Prosecco and celebrate with your group with this fun and unique online class. Perfect for end of year team building activities, iso-birthdays or exciting virtual hens party ideas, everyone will be bubbling with excitement over this cocktail and cooking experience!

  • Once we have confirmation of your ticket purchase, we will send you all the necessary instructions including your Zoom Meeting ID and Password, a recipe card and a list of ingredients that you personally will need to source and purchase in order to participate in this class.

  • We can cater to different dietary requirements, so please let us know in advance!

  • Your fabulous self with an open mind, heart and empty belly.

  • Your ingredients as provided in our ingredients list.

  • Your recipe card as provided by us.

  • All of the equipment that you will require to use to cook the dish and make your cocktails, as specified in your recipe card. However don’t stress if you don’t have any cocktail ware, as we will make suggestions for what you can find at home that will do the trick!

WHO WILL HOST THIS EVENT:

This experience is hosted by Chef Instructor James, who is an Italian Cook, Bartender, Photographer and Videographer. After completing his Masters Degree in Law in Italy, James decided to completely change the course of his life and move down under in pursuit of a new adventure. Having worked with the likes of David Jones Food Hall and Dan Murphy's, James has a great passion and vast knowledge for everything alcohol, with a passion for cocktails and wines. He loves to shed light on the story behind the beverage whilst sharing the art of bartending and all of the experiences that have shaped him.
